The call for nominations for the 2008 award is now officially open.

Please complete the form below if you would like to nominate an outstanding CEO or are interested in becoming a nominee yourself. In response, the CEO you nominate will be sent a submission kit to complete - please note that the kit is quite detailed and is designed to be completed by the nominee and his/her organization.

The nominee must currently be the CEO of the company based in Canada and must have been in the role of CEO for five or more years.
It is our policy to keep the names of all nominators confidential.
